Anna Marie Gabriel Devlin (nee Lavallee) passed away at the Saskatoon Convalescent Home on December 13, 2020. Anna is survived by her children Margaret, Hugh, Ev, Colette, son-in-law Henry Lukan, grandchildren Peter LeJan (Christine), Glenn LeJan (Jennifer), Wes LeJan (Pam), and their children. She was predeceased by her husband Daniel, daughter Eileen, parents Pierre and Madeleine Lavallee and siblings Maria, Helen, Eveline, Fred, Irene, Jeanne, Paul, Lorette and Guy. Anna was born July 31, 1929 in St. Laurent, MB. She spent some time in Rigaud, Quebec in her early years, but eventually returned back to Manitoba and married her true love, Daniel Devlin on November 8, 1952. Anna and Dan called Transcona, MB their first home and made the trek to Flin Flon, where they raised their family. Anna always had a kind nurturing way about her and as a result her career was spent as a nurse’s aide at the Flin Flon General Hospital. After Anna and Dan retired, they wintered in Yuma, AZ. They decided to remain closer to family and settled in Saskatoon in 2002. Anna enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family. Mom, you are missed, but you will always be close to us in our hearts. A Mass of Christian Burial (with family only) will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020 with live-streaming available at A Private Interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations to either the Saskatoon Convalescent Home or the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan. Had the privilege of living next to Dan and Anna or just Danna as brit called them both for a few years and can honestly say 2 of the most sincere and honest people i have ever met. If we couldn't find the kid's in the yard you had only to knock on our neighbors door and there would be Anna at the kitchen table with both our kids covered in chocolate chips and smiles. True loss for not only your family but ours as well. Todd and Marilyn Mccombie
